“Dining at Paradise Cove was an absolute delight! We experienced all four restaurants and were impressed each time. My favorite was the XO restaurant, where the sushi was simply excellent. Each restaurant offered a different culinary theme, which kept our meals exciting. The main dining room provided a beautiful breakfast spread equipped with live cooking stations. The quality of food was consistently superb, and I appreciate their accommodating nature regarding dietary preferences.” view full review
